It all starts with a free discovery call where we talk through your goals and vision. From there you'll receive a proposal and contract, and once your deposit is paid your spot is locked in. We then move into content gathering, design and development, and finally launch!

Every project is different depending on the scope, but the biggest factor in timeline is how quickly content is gathered. The faster we have your text and images, the smoother and quicker the process goes.

Absolutely! During the design phase you'll get a private link to view your site in real time so you're never left in the dark.

Not much at the beginning! Once we kick things off I'll give you a simple, easy to follow system for organizing and sharing your content like text and images.

A deposit is required upfront to lock in your spot. The remaining 50% is due at launch once you've given your final approval.

I accept all major credit cards and also offer flexible payment plans through Affirm and Klarna so you can get started without the stress of paying everything upfront.

Once your site launches you'll receive full access along with a personal 1 on 1 walkthrough so you feel confident navigating your new website. I also offer a website management plan if you'd rather hand that off and let me handle everything for you!

Having your content ready before we kick things off makes a huge difference in how smoothly and quickly your project gets done! I can use filler text and stock photos in the meantime, but real photos and your own words are always going to make your website shine so much more. I'll give you plenty of guidance on what to gather so you feel prepared before we dive in.

There are standard platform and hosting fees that come with running a website, but we'll go over all of that together so there are no surprises. If you'd like ongoing support beyond that, my website management plan has you covered.
